This contest is valid for residents of India only.

This contest is valid for Customers of Mahindra Xylo only.

The participants will have to accept the Terms and Conditions to validate their registration for the Xylo Driveathon.

All entries received during the Contest period shall become the sole property of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and can be used/reproduced by Mahindra in any form at their sole discretion

Once the Contest form is filled, the participant needs to click on the "submit" button to be eligible for the contest

Any Entries that are incomplete in any respect will not be considered a valid entry for the contest and shall be disqualified.

In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Contest announcement, the Contest announcement shall prevail

The decision made by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. will be binding and final.

Employees of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. and its subsidiaries, and their relatives are not permitted to participate in this contest.

Any tax or liability arising or accruing to the winner, in respect of the prize shall be to the sole account of the winner and the same will be borne by him/her.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to this contest.

This contest does not apply to any other promotional schemes sponsored/co-sponsored by Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., or by any of its authorized dealers/ business partners.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd reserves the right:

To disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

To decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected in the event any entrant is disqualified from the Contest.

The final decision related to the products declared as prizes for the contest lies at the sole discretion of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. will not take responsibility of the prizes awarded for the Xylo Driveathon as they are manufactured by third party entities.

The courts at Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of this Contest.
